Criteria


Contact Centre Canada (CCC) membership is open to Canadian companies and organizations operating in Canada and abroad with a common interest in addressing human resource issues within Canada’s contact centre industry.

These may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Canadian contact centres within the following industries and sub-sectors:
    • Engineering and Construction (Building suppliers, guilders)
    • Entertainment and Leasure (Hotels, ticket booking)
    • Finance (Banking, insurance, credit cards, loans, debt collection, credit checking agencies)
    • Food and Drink (Brewers, food suppliers)
    • Information Technology/IT (Technology sales and service, ISPs)
    • Manufacturing (Manufacturers, often product support and queries)
    • Medical (Pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
    • Motoring (Manufacturers, rental, assistance)
    • Outsourcing and Telemarketing (Large full-service outsourcers and telemarketing companies)
    • Retail and Distribution (Home shopping, catalogue, parcel carriers, logistics, support for physical shopping outlets)
    • Printing and Publishing (Newspaper and magazine advertisements, subscriptions, etc.)
    • Public Services (Government, federal, state, local, agencies, emergency services)
    • Services (Non-physical service offerings to public and business including security, home improvement, directory and legal)
    • Telecoms (Mobile and fixed line operators, sales and support)
    • Transport and Travel (Public transport information and booking, travel agents)
    • Utilities (Gas, electricity, water)
  • Canadian organizations, associations and institutions supporting the contact centre industry
  • Canadian federal, provincial, territorial and municipal government departments and agencies

Members must support CCC’s vision and mission.
