Donna Miller is Contact Centre Canada’s Chief Executive Officer. With an organizational mandate that upholds an “industry speaks, we listen” culture, Donna provides strategic leadership to ensure that Contact Centre Canada’s portfolio of programs are relevant and industry endorsed thus meeting the needs expressed by contact centre leaders across Canada. In the course of Donna’s extensive career accomplishments, she has provided leadership and guidance to many national and international organizations which have included significant contact centre start up and acquisition projects.     

Donna embraces invitations from across Canada where there are opportunities to meet face to face with contact centre leaders and front line managers to discuss barriers to achieving business goals.

Amy O’Brien has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and recently graduated with Honours from Algonquin College’s Public Relations program. She has successfully provided her fundraising and communication expertise to several non-profit organizations. Amy joined Contact Centre Canada in the capacity of Public Relations Coordinator and is responsible for Marketing and Member Relations.

As Project Manager, Allison is responsible for all aspects of project assignments including the coordination of all resources and stakeholders as well as monitoring, summarizing and communicating project progress. Allison’s contact centre work experience coupled with her expertise in talent management, organizational development, training and development demonstrate her commitment to helping the industry make the most of its resources and talent. Allison Chapman is a Queen’s University graduate.

Theresa Barlow brings over 11years of senior level administration experience as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. She performs, coordinates and oversees executive assistant duties in support of the CEO and Board of Directors including highly sensitive and confidential support and the provision of varied and complex office duties.

Linda Norton brings over 10 years of Program Management to the role of Director Corporate Programs at Contact Centre Canada. She is responsible for the setting and executing of project objectives ensuring their alignment to the strategy of the organization. Linda is highly skilled in the effective and efficient management of a diversity of projects as well as building strong relationships with private and public sector parties.

The Government of Canada partners with industry to help workers adapt to a changing market

OTTAWA, ONTARIO, April 22, 2009 — The Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and Regional Minister for Southwestern Ontario, announced financial support for industry-led sector councils that will help improve workers’ skills and knowledge and address other human resources issues, such as occupational standards and recruitment.
