Attention Small Contact Centres

We Need Your Input To Help Your Business

The Pan Canadian Engagement Strategy Project is the result of a series of “You Talk. We Listen.” summits held with industry leaders and stakeholders from government, education and training, and special interest groups across Canada in 2009.

These summits identified several challenges the contact centre sector faces, namely the need to:

  • Foster stronger partnerships with post-secondary institutions
  • Increase recruiters’ knowledge as to how to access a broader labour pool
  • Improve the industry image
  • Identify the unique challenges of small contact centres.
To address these issues Contact Centre Canada is holding a series of consultations in five cities across Canada this Fall, with the locations and dates to be determined.  The industry leaders in small centres are a key group in the consultation process.

We want to identify the human resource challenges facing small contact centres across all vertical markets.  As well, we will be looking to companies to dedicate a representative to help develop a National Strategic Plan.

If you are interested in being part of this dynamic project contact contactcentrecanada@owi.ca to learn more about the consultation in your region or to receive more details on the project.

On behalf of Contact Centre Canada we look forward to working with you on this project.
