The right tool for today’s challenges

Research shows that, for contact centres, turnover rates of up to 30% are common. In fact, half of all contact centres rank retention as one of their top issues.

Not only is it difficult to keep your current employees, replacing those who leave is getting harder and harder because of demographic changes and high demand in many competitive markets.

As labour demographics shift and supply dwindles, good HR management becomes an ever-more crucial piece of the employment puzzle.

No HR department? No problem!

Many smaller contact centres simply don’t have a human resource department, or even an HR specialist. Managers at these centres often have to wear a lot of different hats, from operations and sales to administration and staffing.

If that sounds familiar, you’ll be happy to know that HR To GO! has been designed especially for you.
